Custom Orders FAQs
Q: I want a different size of float mount, satin flag or pack of cards that I don’t see listed on your website. Can I get a custom size? A: YES! You can order a most of our products in custom sizes! Please contact us and we’ll help you get your perfect products ordered.
Q: I want a design from your website in a product that I don’t see it offered, is that possible? A: YES! You can get any of our poster artwork customized or any of our Flower or Mixed Media series printed as a float mounts or a made to order Satin Flag. If this doesn’t cover what you’re looking for please contact us and we’ll be happy to help answer any questions you have.
Q: I love your artwork but I want something specially designed for my business or for a special occasion like a wedding or birthday, is that possible? A: YES! We’d love to connect with you about creating a commission design to fit your needs. Please reach out to us on our contact page.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive? A: Please allow 7-14 business days for your products to process. You will be notified via email confirmation once you place an order and again once your order has shipped.
Q: Can I add expedited shipping? A: At this time we cannot offer expedited shipping. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive.
Q: Why are there separate shipping costs when I order multiple products? A: Separate shipping costs are applied because our products are coming from multiple vendors.
Q: Will I receive tracking on my order?
A: Because our products are shipped from multiple vendors, you will receive tracking on orders for the Satin Flags and Float Frames. Posters, notecards and postcard packs will not have tracking numbers supplied, however we will email you with an estimated delivery window once your order has shipped.
Q: I haven’t received a confirmation email from you, what should I do? A: Check your spam folders and/or please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to assist you with a status update on your order.
